How We Approach an Engagement
Every Thornbury engagement follows the same foundational process: understand the question clearly, agree the scope in writing, conduct the analysis or assessment at the level of depth the question deserves, and produce a written output that can be used independently of our continued involvement.
We do not believe in advisory dependency. Our goal at the end of every engagement is that your organisation has what it needs to move forward โ with or without further support from us.
